At Titan Craft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

To start a return, please contact us at danyal@titancraft.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Return labels are not provided unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
A 20% restocking fee of the product price will be applied to all non-defective returns to cover handling and processing costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
